So, last night my friends invited me to dinner at Ramboy’s Lechonan and Restaurant, one of the most popular food chains in Panay Island. The sight of the food laid on the dinner table was too Instagrammable to miss. And the taste and aroma of these gastronomic wonders  inspired my mind to write something about this simple yet tummy-fulfilling epicurean sojourn.

Ramboy’s offers an array of authentic Filipino cuisines, but it is famous for its scrumptious liempo! The  soft luscious pork tastes even richer with infusion of the lemon grass while the crunchy skin makes you feel you’re muching on chicharon! You won’t ask for any dipping sauce.

How to Reach Ramboy's Lechonan and Restaurant in Roxas City

Ramboy's Lechonan and Restaurant has two branches in Roxas City, one is front of Robinson's Mall beside Hotel Veronica and Festa Restaurant in Pueblo de Panay township. The other, smaller branch is at Arnaldo Boulevard, Roxas City, beside Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital. Both is accessible to public utility vehicles. The branch at Pueblo de Panay is the more popular go-to destination. Just hail a tricycle driver and tell him you're off to Ramboy's in front of Robinson's Mall. You can also take a jeepney that goes to Robinsons' Mall. Loading and unloading area is beside Capiz Provincial Capitol.
