According to Steve Jobs, an overflowing passion to what you want to do is key to success. "You need a lot of passion for what you're doing because its so hard." In short, the absence or lack of passion would easily cause you to give up on your dreams, especially if you are facing difficulties along the way.
It's also important that you love what you're doing. "If youre not having fun doing it, if you dont absolutely love it, youre going to give up," Jobs explained.
"If you look at the ones that ended up being successful in the eyes of society, often times its the ones who love what they do, so they could persevere when it got really tough."
